- Web Content: The extension reads the text and image contents of the currently active webpage only when you explicitly trigger an extraction. This data is temporarily processed to fulfill your extraction request.
- Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit your personally identifiable information (PII), web history, or browsing activity to our own servers.
2. Third-Party AI Providers
To perform data extraction, the webpage content you choose to extract is sent directly to the AI provider you have configured (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, or DeepSeek).
- This data transmission is strictly between your local browser and the respective third-party API.
- We do not intercept, view, or log these requests.
- The handling of this data is subject to the Privacy Policies of the AI provider you choose to use.
3. Local Storage
The extension uses Chrome's local storage (on your device) to save:
- Your configuration preferences.
- Your provided API keys (stored locally and securely, never transmitted to us).
- A history of your past extractions.
You can clear this local data at any time using the extension's interface or by uninstalling the extension.
4. Cloud Synchronization
If you choose to use our Cloud Sync features (e.g., AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage), your extracted data and images will be transmitted directly from your browser to your designated cloud provider. We do not intermediate this transfer or store your cloud credentials on our servers.
